Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with VP Online Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items
  • Sanitary or intimate products
  • Flammable liquids or hazardous materials

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
  • Items damaged not due to our error
  • Returns after 30 days from delivery

Refunds Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit after we receive your return.
  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for valuable items. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
